What to do if no energy performance certificate is available? – Obtaining documents via “Accumin Home”

Obtaining documents for mortgages is an essential part of the process for banks. Increasing regulatory requirements are making document procurement more difficult, which in turn makes the mortgage process even more cost-intensive.

As a mortgage lender, however, you rely on extensive information — including the energy efficiency details of the property. But what do you do when you need the energy performance certificate and it is not available?

The solution is **„Accumin Home“**: Since April 2025, on-geo offers a fast and affordable way **for the borrower** to obtain the energy performance certificate. 

As a first step, we offer the creation of energy consumption and energy performance certificates for private customers via www.DeinEnergieausweis.com. You and your clients can make use of this service **immediately**, ensuring full regulatory compliance. We are pleased that BW-Bank / LBBW is already successfully offering this service to its clients.
