Through the integration of the AI solution smartextract into existing software products such as Lora, on-geo enables fast and digital extraction of land register data for banks, financial intermediaries, surveyors, real estate agents and insurers. This replaces, among other things, the manual transfer of land register information into the valuation software, allowing the AI to significantly reduce the users’ workload while increasing data quality. In addition, the use of smartextract substantially optimises the digitisation of land register content already offered via the Geoport web shop, enabling considerably faster data provision than before. This also applies to on-geo’s offering for processing entire portfolios. The option to integrate smartextract into third-party systems is also planned for the future. This makes the entire property valuation process more efficient and cost-effective.
