As part of our success stories, we met with Uwe Reutter for an interview.
Standing still means death
This is perhaps the best way to summarise the corporate philosophy of Reutter GmbH. The focus is on continuous training of employees in line with the latest requirements of the expert regulations and the specifications of the certification body. In day-to-day work, the Lora applications from on-geo support them. How and why exactly, Uwe Reutter explains in the interview.
Mr Reutter, you use almost all Lora applications in your daily work, including the Lora short valuation report, the Lora real estate agent valuation and the Lora map module. Do you have a favourite application and if so, which one?
Personally, I prefer working with the Lora short valuation report, but that is simply my own favourite. I know that my colleagues have very different favourites. Overall, however, all Lora applications are used constantly in our office.
You also use Accumate, but not yet as intensively as the Lora products. Why is that, and how could on-geo support you in integrating both applications more strongly into your daily work?
This is primarily because we use Accumate as a lead generator, which, however, plays only a minor role in our acquisition mix.
Which features/data do you still specifically miss for all on-geo products to become “favourite applications”?
What we are actually still missing is the optimisation of the design and layout functionality of the Word printouts of the market value reports for courts and tax authorities. There is room for some “fine-tuning” here.
The on-geo fairy godmother waves her magic wand: what would be your three biggest wishes to advance digitalisation in the sector?

Significantly simpler design and handling of print templates for users, both in the short and full valuation report. In addition, simple options for personal, individual design/adjustments already within the template area (without needing your support). This mainly concerns adjustments and changes on page 1.
